90-Day Retention

New member engagement program

A defined first-90-days sequence designed to move a new member from first impression → social connection → measurable progress → belonging. Kept separate from the events calendar so it doesn't get lost in event logistics — this is about the individual new member's journey, not a gym-wide event.

Key question: who owns the tracker and the touchpoints? The program only works if one person is accountable for seeing the sequence through.
